Rangeline Chiropractic Launches “What I Move For” Community Campaign for World Spine Day in Carmel

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Carmel chiropractic office invites community members to celebrate lifelong movement as part of the 2026 World Spine Day theme, “Spine Health for Life.”

CARMEL, Ind. — October 2026 — What do you want to keep moving for throughout your life?

That is the question Rangeline Chiropractic is asking the Carmel and Hamilton County community as part of its “What I Move For” campaign celebrating World Spine Day on Friday, October 16.

World Spine Day is recognized internationally each October to raise awareness about spinal health and the importance of physical activity, healthy movement and caring for the spine throughout life. The 2026 theme, “Spine Health for Life,” inspired Rangeline Chiropractic to turn the global message into a personal conversation within its own community.

Throughout October, patients, team members, local business owners and community members are being invited to answer one simple question:

“What do you move for?”

Answers may range from playing with grandchildren and traveling to gardening, golf, pickleball, running, dancing or simply being able to stay active with family and friends. Dr. Hillary’s favorite answer is pets. Her dog, Max, even participated in the pictures.

Participants will be photographed as part of the “What I Move For” campaign, creating a collection of local faces and personal reasons why maintaining movement matters at every stage of life.

“Spine health isn't only about what hurts today,” said Dr. Hillary Hushower, owner of Rangeline Chiropractic. “It's about being able to continue doing the things that make your life your life. We wanted World Spine Day to give people a reason to think about what they hope to still be doing five, 10, 20 or even 40 years from now.”

On October 16, Rangeline Chiropractic will celebrate World Spine Day at its Carmel office by highlighting members of the community and their “What I Move For” stories while sharing practical information about movement and lifelong spine health.

The campaign is designed to include people of all ages and activity levels, reinforcing the idea that movement can look different for everyone.

Community members and local organizations interested in participating in the “What I Move For” project are encouraged to contact Rangeline Chiropractic before October 16.

Rangeline Chiropractic has served the Carmel community since 2007, providing chiropractic care and complementary wellness services including dry needling, cupping, laser therapy and massage therapy.
